What you’ll do:
The Operations Manager is a key part of a management team and oversees high-level duties, such as overseeing the administrative and operational functions for initiatives or units reporting into the Vice President of Initiatives. This employee will work to analyze and improve organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency. The position is responsible for coordinating with the finance team on creating and monitoring budgets oversee travel and calendar management the for the Vice President of Initiatives and serve as the point person and liaison for the initiatives to Vera’s Operations teams. The Operations Manager may represent their direct supervisor in a variety of meetings to achieve progress on projects and other initiative-related work.
